What We Do

Summer is coming. It will be dry and hot. Tens of thousands of tourists will stream into Montana. There will be campfires, fireworks, thunderstorms, lightning, and there will be forest fires.

Winter is coming. There will be snow, ice, wind, and freezing rain. Temperatures will plummet and some of our neighbors won’t have enough heat.

We know these things to be certain. We also know that fire mitigation clearing reduces the size and impact of fires as surely as firewood helps to keep homes warm. That’s why we do both.
